About Fitness With Liz
Group Fitness Instructor, Founder
Liz Eriksson is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, mom, and wife. She has been involved in fitness for as long as she can remember. At 2 years old, her parents enrolled her in gymnastics and that was the beginning of a life long career in athletics. She was a Division 1 Gymnast. After college, she continued to coach gymnastics at a club level and at the high school level. She has worked at multiple fitness clubs in various positions. Her true passion is teaching fitness classes. When she is not teaching classes, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and 3 kids.
About our classes
Fitness With Liz classes are full body strength and cardio classes. Classes can be done with dumbbells and body weight. Our kettlebell classes are also completely do-able with one dumbbell. We strive to work the entire body and provide all your fitness needs in classes that are 45 minutes are less. Our classes use high intensity interval training methods. We work throughout many ranges of heart rates during the 30-45 minute class. Although each class is intense, they are achievable for all fitness levels. Modifications and options are provided during each class to ensure your personal success. Our goal is to have you leave each class with a feeling of personal achievement. We are here to lead you, teach, you, and most of all encourage you to become the best version of yourself that you can.
We provide live classes and we provide pre-recorded classes that are available for you to complete at your own convenience - but remember, the classes are not up forever - we delete classes each week to ensure you are getting your workouts in and staying accountable.
